How long does Delivery take?

Plain Goods without Customization

We aim to dispatch plain goods within 3-5 working days, depending on stock levels and product availability.

Customized Goods

Production time for personalized (Embroidered or Printed) garments is 7-10 working days, we will always do everything in our power to get an order to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the process throughout.

What is our Return Policy?

  1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  5. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  6. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
